
Cheesy corn soup
What could be better than a creamy, hot soup in a chilly day? It is guaranteed to warm even your soul.

Ingredients
- A half of an onion
- A half of a bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 liter of broth / water + broth cube
- 280 g (2 cans) corn
- 100 ml cream
- To taste grated cheese
- To taste salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger
Method
Chop the onion and bell pepper.
Fry them in a little olive oil in a pot.
Spice it.
When the onion has already changed the color to a more transparent one, add the flour, mix it very well and add the broth as well.
Before it starts to boil, add the corn (without the liquid from the can!).
As it begins to boil, reduce the temperature and add the cream into it.
Let it cook together a little bit, and it's ready.
Eat it with grated cheese.
