Salted muffin with sausage

It's a perfect choice for picnics or to consume with a beer.

Ingredients

500 g flour
1 package baking powder
To taste salt (~ 2 teaspoon), pepper, ginger, nutmeg, chili
4 eggs
6 spoons sour cream
150 ml oil
1 onion chopped and caramelized
Half pair sausage (cutted in small pieces)
200 g grated cheese

Method

Preheat the owen to 180°C.

Chop the onion and the sausage.

Caramelize the onion in a pan.

Beat the eggs and mix it with the sour cream.

In a different bowl mix the flour, the spices and the baking powder and blend it with the eggs.

Add the oil and stir it until it become smooth.

Finally add the onion, the grated cheese and the sausage.

You'll get a sticky pasta which you have to put into the prepared muffin pan (I always use muffin papers) and bake it during 30-35 minutes.
