Apple-cinnamon muffins

The combination of the apple and
the cinnamon is classic and harmonious, so when we mix them in a muffin, it can only be perfect.

Ingredients

3 eggs
100 g brown sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
To taste (1 tablespoon) cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
150 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
5 tablespoons of milk
50 g butter (on room temperature)
1 large apple

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Whisk up the two types of sugar with the eggs in a large bowl until you get a foamy texture.

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a different bowl and mix them with the cinnamon and the salt.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture in small portions and incorporate them until its become smooth.

Add the melted butter and the milk to it.

Grate the apple with a large-hole grater and stir it with the rest.

Prepare your muffin form with papers and full it three-quarters full.

Bake them during 20 minutes.
