Banana bread with dark chocolate and nuts

So, the banana bread...A lot of people have already tried it and a lot of them have already baked it, so I maybe can't surprise you guys, but this one is jut amazing with all the rich ingredients like nuts, dark schocolate, cinnamon. And if you put some Greek yogurt, slices of banana and nuts on a top of a slice...ah...it's just perfect. Try it!

Ingredients

250 g flour
1 package baking powder
1 pinch salt
Half teaspoon cinnamon (you can change it to your taste)
3 banana
100 g walnuts (smashed in small pieces)
80 g dark chocolate (cutted in small pieces)
3 eggs
1 package (8 g) vanilla sugar
192 g brown sugar
1 (125 g) yogurt
125 g butter (on room temperature)

Method

Preheat the owen to 180°C

Smash the bananas by a fork in a plate.

In a different bowl beat the eggs with the two types of sugar.

Add the yogurt, the butter and the smashed banana to the egg mixture.

In a different bowl mix the flour, the baking powder, the sal and the cinnamon. (You can sieve them together to get a nicer texture.) and add it to the other mixture in small pieces.

When all the ingredients are well integrated we add the walnuts and dark chocolate as well.

Pour the dough into a bread mold - previously prepared with butter and flour.

To decorate and to add an extra flavour put a vertically cutted banana on the top.

Bake it approximately during 1 hour.
