
No-bake-white chocolate-cheesecake
This cake is simply amazing, easy to make, and perfect for a birthday cake.

Ingredients
- 110 g crushed biscuits
- 50 g butter
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g white chocolate
- 200 ml cream
- 1 package cream fix
- 1 grated lime peel
Method
Melt the butter, and wait a few minutes until it becomes cooler a bit. Mix it with the crushed biscuits!
Place a piece of baking paper on the bottom of a 17 cm (diameter) cake mold and close it with the other part in this way!
Create a base from the biscuit mixture with a 1-2 cm wall in the cake mold and put it into the fridge until the cream is ready!
Melt the white chocolate over water vapor and wait until chill!
While the chocolate cools down, whip the cream with the cream fix!
Mix the mascarpone cheese with the melted chocolate, and add the whipped cream too with gentle movements into it!
Put in it the grated peel of the lime as well, and pour the cream into the cake mold!
Leave it in the fridge overnight!
You can decorate it with chocolate or fruits, or as you prefer.
