The almost clafoutis

A few years ago a friend of mine who sells homemade desserts, asked me to try some new products in her cafe, in this way I met clafoutis.
The original dessert is a French soft cake with cherry inside. This berry miracle is based on it. It's fresh, easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients

130 g flour
92 g brown sugar
8 g ( 1 packet) vanilla sugar
4 eggs
200 ml cream
50 ml milk
50 g melted butter
250 - 300 g berries (strawberry, cranberry, raspberry)

Method

Beat the eggs with the two types of sugar in a large bowl.

Add the cream, the milk and the butter to it in small portions.

After you mixed the liquid ingredients, sift the flour into it, mix until smooth and let it rest during 10-15 minutes.

While the mixture is resting, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Butter the cake mold.

When the oven is ready and 10-15 minutes passed pour the batter into the mold and add the fruits to it.

Bake it during 30-40 minutes. Wait until it cools down a little bit and serve it with powered sugar.

tip

Place a piece of baking paper on the bottom of the cake mold and close it with the other part in this way to avoid the batter flowing out! In this case you should butter the wall of the cake mold.

When the cake is done, leave it in the oven with the oven door half open. This makes it "collapse" nicer.
